Venue - Humbugs Coffee & Crafts - Sedgley
Planning a baby shower for your best friend/family member can be a tricky task! Every woman is different and so are their likes and dislikes and as it’s for them it’s important to get it right. After all, it’s whole purpose is to make them happy and to celebrate their pregnancy!
The lady in the first photo is Kirsty, she was lead to Humbugs Coffee & Crafts in the penny farthing arcade in Sedgley under the pretence that she was going for her ‘last’ girls get together with her band mates before her second baby was born. Unknowingly to the expectant mother a surprise baby shower had been planned for her by her closest friends.
The venue Humbugs Coffee & Crafts is a gorgeous hidden gem in the heart of Sedgley, they make the nicest food and cakes and the coffee selection is immense! They often host craft workshops throughout the month ranging from watercolour painting, felting workshops, fabric wreath workshops and even the odd psychic evening! They offer a gorgeous afternoon tea which can be booked for any special occasion, or even just to treat yourselves which we all need to do once in a while!
Humbugs can accommodate intimate event’s such as baby showers and not only supply food and drinks for your guests but can also offer crafty things for you to do too!
During Kirsty’s baby shower they all started with pebble painting, which gave Kirsty a selection of keep sakes to take home at the end of the day to remember her baby shower and the people that attended. They also decorated bibs for her to keep and use once her baby had been born.
After everyone had a good chat while crafting the lovely staff at Humbugs cleared the tables ready for the afternoon tea and the selection was amazing, there was definitely enough choice to please everyone and there was more than enough to go around.

It’s easy to get to from all directions, has the nicest staff that can’t do enough to help and has the most amazing selections of food and drink to please anyone.
